This project involves new base build refurbishment and fitout of an existing 5 level commercial heritage building. Main works consist of the demolition and structural works, new services, shared workspace office fit-out and heritage restoration.

Demolition and Structural Works consist of the complete back to base strip out including all services, removal of the existing lift and lift core, existing stairs and roof structure, and a 40m2 structural penetration spanning through all 5 levels and excavation to accommodate the new double lifts and fire stair.

Structural works include the construction of a 1400m2 Level 3 structure including lightweight roof, integrated fire stair and lift core, concrete in-fill and structural steel supports of all existing openings.

All new services to base build and fit-out include; hydraulic, wet fire, dry fire, electrical and mechanical.

Fit out includes all new high quality finishes and state of the art shared office workspace, including architectural glazing to Level 3, glazed panels to the heritage staircase, tile finishes and alucobond cladding. Facilities include; change room facilities, bike store room, meeting rooms, café and terrace space overlooking Darlinghurst.
