Fugen Constructions were engaged to deliver the Frasers Central Thermal Plant Construction, an underground structure for a trigeneration plant, which supplies three forms of energy; electricity, heating and cooling to the surrounding residential and retail developments. Scope of works included the detailed excavation and installation of all in ground services, followed by the construction of the Central Thermal Plant structure and associated essential services. Waterproofing and protection was applied over the top of the Central Thermal Plant building and courtyard area. Following construction of the ground floor level, Fugen backfilled and completed construction of the roads above the building.
