Fugen was contracted to deliver the Gregory Hills Hotel Expansion works, enhancing the venue’s offerings to the community.

Disconnection of existing services, followed by demolition works and a thorough strip out, cleared the path for detailed excavation and piling, laying the foundation for a new concrete slab and the structural steel framework that completed the building envelope.

The internal fit-out of the newly extended space included a new bar, dining area, wash-up room, and unisex amenities. To finish the project, external works involved the construction of a new waste storage area, modifications to the existing carpark with a new entry point, and an alfresco dining area.

The outcome is a beautiful light-filled, dedicated function space for patrons to enjoy that seamlessly integrates with the existing venue.
