Fugen was appointed to totally transform Sydney’s historic 90-year-old, undertaking the Hotel Rose Bay Refurbishment in multiple stages to allow ongoing operational use. The heritage façade was kept but the inside space underwent some serious work including a redesigned larger kitchen, new private dining, games room and public bar area featuring large coffered ceilings, timber flooring and spotted gum timber panelling throughout.
