Fugen Constructions was engaged to complete the full refurbishment of their 5th project for Lesday Hotels, Hotel Seven Hills. Following an extensive redesign and refurbishment across two stages, this Western Sydney institution now boasts whole new contemporary aesthetic. The scope of works included demolition of the existing gaming room, a new main bar, beer garden, bistro area, gaming room, sports bar featuring two video walls, TAB, and function room.
