Fugen Constructions were engaged in their 9th project for Marist Brothers Australia. The project team delivered a new contemporary four-storey, 10-unit building on a dual lot including basement car park. This new facility will be home to retired brothers in Tugun, Queensland. The scope of works for the Marist Brothers Aged Residential Care, Tugun project included a basement car park, ground floor and two residential units. Levels 2 and 3 are occupied by four residential units with shared kitchen and lounge facilities. The modern building with soft and hard landscaping has set new standards in retired residential living.
