The Minchinbury Aged Care project involved the complete DESIGN and CONSTRUCTION of an aged care facility consisting of 38 resident rooms and associated facilities across two stages. The initial stage involved the installation of a new $600k commercial basement level kitchen replacing the existing kitchen and pivotal in servicing the entire Aged Care facility. This was closely followed by the inclusion of a three-storey lift within the existing building. Stage 2 refurbishment comprised of a newly built two-storey building connecting the existing facilities with new linkways, a new lift, on ground parking, landscaped gardens and new lounge areas.
