Fugen Constructions was appointed their 5^th project for Ryan’s Hotel Group, the Miranda Hotel Refurbishment,  converting an existing drive-through bottle shop into a new, smoking compliant gaming room. The gaming room was equipped with fresh new amenities, a contemporary bar, planter box retaining walls, a combination of louvered walls and roof, carpet, services upgrade and modern joinery throughout.
