This project was a Construction Management role which involved the conversion of the Historic Hard Rock Café into the Skin & Cancer Foundations Head Office. The works were completed over four levels.

Works to the Lower Ground Floor included a new 8 capacity car park, vehicle turntable and Dumb Waiter. Whilst the works to the Ground Floor consisted of Atrium entrance, feature staircase, 3 level patient/bed lift and 2

The First Floor works involved a clinic reception, pathology administration, main laboratory, registrar offices, 10 consultation rooms and laser therapy rooms.

Second Floor works included 1 theatre for day surgery, 3 procedure rooms, stages 1 & 2 recovery and CSD & Utility Room.
