Fugen Constructions was engaged to deliver The South Coast Mental Health refurbishment, transforming a former 80-room hotel into a 90-bed hospital. Scope of works included three top floors of accommodation with anti-ligature provisions, office suites for doctors and health professionals, reception, gymnasium and meeting rooms and a fire sprinkler upgrade to comply with the change in use of the building.
