Fugen Constructions were engaged to refurbish Cancer Treatment Bunker 3 at St George Hospital, Kogarah; enabling the hospital’s cancer care centre to launch its latest radiotherapy treatment. Scope of works included a full demolition of the existing bunker and facilities before upgrading with new services, finishes, additional storage areas and the installation of the highly specialised Linear Accelerator control equipment and machinery.
