The Prince Hotel in the Sutherland Shire represents one of Fugen’s most significant construction projects. It was a brand-new Hotel on a greenfield site earning Fugen 2017 MBA Hospitality Buildings Winner and saw the Hotel named 2017 Hotel of the Year at the AHA NSW Awards for Excellence. The project brief included a basement, outdoor carpark, landscaped areas, gaming room, a large commercial kitchen, function room, large outdoor beer garden and not forgetting the all-important kid’s area.
