Building on our longstanding partnership with Ryan’s Hotel Group, Fugen Constructions has been engaged to deliver the refurbishment of The Ship Inn, a Sydney harbourside landmark, marking our 7th collaboration together.

In operation since 1936, and located in one of the busiest and most iconic parts of Sydney, the heritage-listed building on the corner of Pitt Street and Alfred Street, Circular Quay was built over 120 years ago, in 1902.

Fugen will work with our specialist contractors to restore the building’s façade, in keeping with the original Federation Free Classical Style design. Fugen will also undertake a strip out the existing venue, upgrade and expand the kitchen, install new bespoke joinery in the bar, create a new gaming room, and add new feature ceilings throughout.
