Fugen Constructions was again invited to lead the design and construction of the Trinity Grammar School Temporary Village 1. This project included 20 classrooms, 3 staff rooms with amenities, a new Sports and Health Centre, a Staff Common Area, and Pastoral Offices.

Following the successful completion of Temporary Villages 2 and 3 for Trinity Grammar School, Fugen worked closely with Trinity Grammar School and Bloompark Pact PM to deliver this project as part of the School’s ongoing Masterplan.

To ensure the safety of both staff and students, Fugen executed the works in multiple stages, scheduling all major disruptive activities during school holidays.
