Actively involved across all projects, from tender to completion, Stephen’s insight and expertise drive the planning, management, and delivery of every project.
He brings over 35 years’ experience in construction and has been an integral part of Fugen’s leadership team since 1998.
Responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and financial performance of Fugen Constructions, Stephen has established a fair, ‘no surprises’ culture to achieve a high-level transparency and ensure the minimisation of risk.
Tim, a founding Director of Fugen, has worked for over 35 years in the construction industry.
With extensive knowledge and experience, Tim has been instrumental in helping strengthen Fugen’s business growth. Along with the senior team, Tim is presently focused on further developing the company’s strategic direction and vision for the future.
As a founding Director of Fugen, Dan brings to the company the benefit of over 35 years’ experience in the construction industry.
His superior management of client relationships and industrial relations are underpinned by his communication and organisational skills.
Dan is also a past-President of the Master Builders Association (MBA).
With over 25 years of industry experience, Joe has been an integral part of Fugen Constructions since 2000. He oversees the pre-construction and construction teams throughout all phases of our projects.
Joe works closely with Managing Director Stephen Flannery to drive the delivery of Fugen’s strategic direction at the coalface, providing a greater emphasis on our client-focused approach.
Joining Fugen in 2013, Reece is a testament to home-grown talent. He has risen through the ranks, starting his career at Fugen as a cadet. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed a wide range of construction projects, across many sectors including Health, Hospitality, Education and Commercial.
In his role, he is responsible for overseeing the coordination of all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning and budgeting to procurement, scheduling, and on-site supervision.
