Fugen Constructions was engaged by Lesday under a construction management contract to deliver the full refurbishment of the upstairs and terrace areas at Corrimal Hotel, located on the Princes Highway in Wollongong. The project involved the delivery of new bars, amenities, a play area, bistro and additional seating areas. The works were aimed to significantly enhance the venue’s capacity, functionality and overall patron experience.

The successful delivery of the Corrimal Hotel refurbishment resulted in a significant increase in the venue’s overall capacity and the upgrade of services throughout the building. Since opening, the venue has experienced strong patronage, with increasing sales and customer numbers. The project has delivered a modern, high-quality hospitality venue that benefits both the client and the local community and further reinforces Fugen’s ongoing relationships with repeat hospitality clients.
