Fugen Constructions was engaged to deliver a refurbishment to Belvoir St Theatre in Surry Hills, one of Australia’s most celebrated theatre companies.

Working with one of Australia’s most celebrated theatre companies, we have revitalised their iconic space while maintaining the theatre’s rich legacy in Australian storytelling.

The project scope included:

• Refurbishment of the foyer common area
• Upgrades to the gallery level and green room
• Enhancements to the foyer’s amenities

Our journey began with an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process, collaborating closely with Belvoir St Theatre, TKD Architects, and Bloompark – Pact PM. This partnership enabled us to provide valuable input on buildability, project staging, and value engineering, ensuring a high-quality outcome.
