Fugen Constructions has been engaged to deliver a refurbishment to Belvoir St Theatre in Surry Hills, one of Australia’s most celebrated theatre companies.

Belvoir St Theatre has been at the forefront of Australian storytelling for the stage, and we are honoured to contribute to their iconic space. Our scope of works includes a refurbishment of the foyer common area, gallery level and green room along with upgrades to the foyer’s amenities.

Our collaboration began with an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process, working closely with Belvoir St Theatre, TKD Architects and Bloompark Pact PM during the initial design phase of the project. This allowed the opportunity for Fugen to offer input on buildability, staging, and explore value engineering opportunities.

We are excited to bring this project to life and support Belvoir St Theatre’s ongoing legacy in Australian theatre.
