The refurbishment of Cheers Sports Bar & Grill involved the complete strip-out of the existing basement-level venue and delivery of a new hospitality fitout, including custom joinery, timber flooring, carpet finishes, amenity upgrades, and new building services. Located within the heart of Sydney’s CBD, the project presented several challenges, including restricted site access, material handling across heavily trafficked pedestrian footpaths, and the discovery of existing electrical services in poor condition, which required additional rewiring works. Through careful planning and coordination, the project was successfully delivered to a high standard, creating a modern and refreshed venue while effectively managing the complexities of the city-centre location.
