Fugen Constructions has proudly completed works at the Corrimal Hotel. Working in partnership with Lesday Hotels and H&E Architects, the redevelopment has transformed this iconic venue. Delivered within a live operating environment, the works were carefully staged to allow the hotel to continue trading throughout construction.

Stage one included the delivery of a new kitchen and bar, along with an extended outdoor terrace on Level 1. On the ground floor, the existing terrace was refurbished to incorporate a new children’s play area and an entertainment space featuring a large screen for patrons to enjoy live sporting events. Amenities throughout the venue were upgraded, and a new lift was installed to improve accessibility. Stage two featured a new gaming area, along with tiling works to the heritage façade, helping to preserve the building’s historic character.
