Following the successful delivery of Parc Pavilion, Fugen completed the Head Office fit-out for Feros Group—both projects executed concurrently across three levels within the Parc Development by Sammut Group.

The workplace was designed by H&E Architects to reflect Feros Group’s vibrant culture and operational needs. The fit-out includes:

• A fully equipped commercial kitchen
• A flexible breakout area that doubles as an event space
• A welcoming reception zone
• Executive offices and open-plan workstations
• Premium amenities
• Bespoke joinery throughout

Delivering this project required precision and coordination. Fugen worked closely with the base builder to overcome complex logistical challenges, including:

• Craning a full marble benchtop slab directly onto the level four outdoor terrace
• Operating within shared work zones
• Managing high-traffic pedestrian areas linking Cronulla train station to the beach

This marks Fugen’s seventh project with Feros Group, reinforcing a long-standing and trusted relationship built on collaboration, quality, and shared vision.
