Fugen Constructions was engaged by Feros Group to deliver a $1.4 million refurbishment of Helm Bar at Darling Harbour, completed over a 14-week programme. The project involved a full ground floor fit out, including new kitchen and bar areas, upgraded services, bespoke joinery and finishes, and the delivery of a newly designed beer garden complete with new furniture. The works were undertaken to enhance functionality, improve patron experience and refresh the venue’s overall aesthetic.

The successful completion of Helm Bar demonstrates Fugen’s ability to deliver high-quality hospitality fitouts within complex, operational environments.
