Fugen Constructions was engaged to undertake the Lidcombe Hotel refurbishment works, a major refurbishment to the Gaming Room, Public Bar and Sports Lounge Bar. Located in Lidcombe’s town centre, the Lidcombe Hotel, built in the early twentieth century and opening in 1930, retains all the charm of an older hotel. However it’s now been given a fresh make-over. An outdoor design solution helping bring a little of the outside inside was also included. This is the second project Fugen has undertaken for the client who is familiar with Fugen’s experience and understanding of hospitality venues that need to remain fully operational.
