Fugen was engaged to complete the MLC Junior School refurbishment works, an independent school for girls from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 in Sydney’s inner-west. Completed in early 2023, the works included the demolition, internal strip out and refurbishment of existing music rooms, learning spaces, WC’s, canteen, meeting and staff rooms, studios, sick and print bay. In addition to this, the installation of new aerial services and construction of a mechanical plant enclosure also formed part of the project’s scope of works.
