Fugen Constructions have delivered the fit-out for Parc Pavilion, a vibrant new hospitality precinct designed by H&E Architects and delivered for the Feros Group.

This multi-venue fit-out was delivered concurrently with the base build, showcasing our team’s ability to coordinate seamlessly under pressure and in live environments.

Spanning two levels of the Parc Development by Sammut Group and overlooking Monro Park, Parc Pavilion brings together four unique venues in one: Parc Bistro, Call Me Mama, The Terrace, and Mr. Monro’s Bar & Lounge.

With its curved glass façade, enclosed outdoor terrace, and polished terrazzo feature bars, the venue showcases an architectural flair that beautifully connects to the adjacent park.

The venue also features a gaming lounge with dedicated access, private dining options, and a takeaway offering that services the park directly — extending the hospitality experience beyond the walls of the venue.
