Penrith PCYC is a youth organisation working with Police and the community to empower young people to reach their potential. Fugen Constructions was appointed to refurbish the 1970’s era PCYC Building across a 12 week programme. Fugen worked closely with PCYC to ensure the rejuvenation of the internal finishes were of the utmost quality, breathing new life into a dated venue.
