Fugen has recently completed the design finalisation of St Yosip’s Church Hall for the Assyrian Church of the East Property Trust, delivered as part of the church’s long-term masterplan.
Works included demolition of existing structures, extensive civil works new stormwater & electrical infrastructure and the new construction & fitout of the church hall, associated landscaping, carpark and children’s playground.
The project was delivered within a complex site environment, requiring careful coordination of environmental and construction activities. Through proactive planning, strong environmental management practices and a flexible delivery approach, the team successfully navigated site conditions and weather-related challenges to achieve a high-quality outcome, ahead of program.
We worked collaboratively throughout the project with the client, PMDL Architecture & Design, and Bloompark. We are proud to have worked alongside Bloompark on more than 15 projects, building a trustedand successful partnership.
The completed facility will provide a functional space for the St Yosip’s congregation, supporting education and community activities until the permanent church is developed.
