Fugen Construction has successfully delivered the refurbishment of the Level 5 Music Office at Sydney Grammar School.

Working alongside JCA Architects, this fast-tracked project was delivered over the Christmas school holiday period, ensuring zero disruption to the school’s operations.

The scope of works included demolition and strip-out of the existing spaces, upgrade and relocation of existing services as well as the installation of new timber doors, partition walls, acoustic wall panelling, joinery, carpet, and vinyl flooring.

Located on the corner of College St and Stanley St in the Sydney CBD, our team was able to expertly manage the logistically complex site by coordinating multiple trades, ensuring seamless workflows, and adhering strict timelines.
