Fugen Constructions successfully executed the CDC works for Stage 1 of The Vineyard Hotel Masterplan for Zenith Hotels. With the goal of completely reinvigorating the venue, Fugen undertook an extensive refurbishment of the hotel. To allow the Vineyard Hotel to continue trading during this time, Fugen strategically redirected services and established a temporary cool room, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
During initial site investigations, Fugen identified the existing slabs areas were of poor condition, requiring to be completely removed and replaced.
