Our fifth collaboration with Laundy Hotels involved a 16-week comprehensive transformation of The Tropicana Hotel.

The project involved the complete demolition of the existing venue, making way for a comprehensive refurbishment. The scope included upgrades to the bars, kitchen, bistro, gaming area, bathrooms, and the addition of an alfresco deck. A highlight of the redesign was the extended servery, which improves functionality and enhances patron experience.

The entire alfresco decking area was reconstructed to one level, overlooking the new children’s playground. Every detail was considered, with new finishes throughout, and the retention of the existing fireplace, now transformed into a striking showpiece that blends tradition with contemporary design.
