Fugen was engaged to deliver a fast-tracked, small-scale refurbishment for Tzannes Architecture, marking our second collaboration together. The works required a sensitive approach working within the heritage fabric and retaining the original timber flooring, brick walls, and exposed ceiling with timber joists. The scope included a full services upgrade, new internal walls, doors, acoustic panels, and bespoke joinery, along with extensive painting to ensure the new fit-out aligned seamlessly with the existing space.
The new bespoke aluminium panels needed to integrate seamlessly with existing panels to achieve a consistent system. The Sharknose bulkhead profiles to the aluminium detailing within the joinery and reception areas required redesign to balance weight requirements along with aesthetic intent.
This second project stands as a testament to our trusted partnership with Tzannes. The fast-tracked delivery in a live environment highlights Fugen’s commitment to both programme and our client’s project objectives.
