Fugen Constructions has been engaged to deliver a transformation of Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel’s Top Deck and Mid Deck event spaces, our fifth project for Laundy Hotels.

The Top Deck and Mid Deck event spaces are being completely reimagined with a Hamptons-inspired refurbishment, bringing coastal elegance, light-filled spaces, and timeless finishes to this much-loved venue.

Working closely with Angel Mahchut PTY Ltd and Interior Design firm Etic, Fugen assisted during the early design phase, assisting in obtaining CC, as well as providing buildability and staging insights to help shape a seamless delivery strategy.

With proven expertise in live operating environments, our team will ensure a safe, efficient, and unobtrusive construction process—allowing the venue to continue operating throughout the refurbishment works.
