Fugen has gained substantial KNOW HOW when it comes to the construction and delivery of aged care facilities. We understand we are working within people’s homes, so it’s important that we are respectful of residents and their families. We also know we need to be particularly sensitive when working around elderly patients with dementia.
Day-to-day communication between the Site Manager and the Resident Manager is the key to making sure construction and the activities of residents can be coordinated seamlessly. Once we know daily routines, we are able to plan and complete our work whilst the residents remain in the facility, with regular activities proceeding with minimal disruption.
